treadmill desk

Here I walk (ok that's Marshall, but I'm doing it now)... typing on my keyboard - I've already determined that I need a shorter one to keep my body on center. So, I'm walking, ever so slowly on my treadmill, typing and watch/listening to my tv. This has been my dream for almost a year... trip... yeah need a shorter keyboard... Anyway, this has been a dream of mine since I saw an article about a treadmill desk.

So far I've played a video game, typed an email, googled something and changed the channel on the tv once. I'm going .5 miles per hour to start out, so very slow, but so far I haven't fallen completely over!
So far so good - the one really good thing is this will free up the desk space in our bedroom alcove/office area and Dan can move his gear in so we can work side by side and switch back and forth.

I have noticed that it's more comfortable to walk and work then to stand and walk, so that's a good thing! We'll I'm off to get a short wireless keyboard!
