"The deal was 5 million!" I heard him yell... granted he was just on tv, so I wasn't really scared, it just reminded me about my recent run in with a $3.2 million estimate for outsourcing our creative department. Dan thinks I should ask for a 10% raise, 10% of the money I'm saving the company... he's so funny :)The first ever McCullough Hamburger Festival will be happening this Saturday. I'm buying a kiddy pool and finding something that floats to put in it... the real Hamburger Festival in Akron, OH has a hamburger bob contest in katsup, but I'm not up for buying that much katsup and I'm not sure if hamburger floats anyway... besides... ew!
Our new piano is great, mostly in tune. and fun to slowly play on... it's been a while ladies and gentlemen so maybe just maybe if I start practicing Christmas songs now I'll be ready for Christmas! Watch out all you famous piano players - Heather's comin'!
Meanwhile the kids are running around singing songs by Toby Mac's son TruDog "Shshake it, don't break it, it took your mama 9 months to make it... " (repeat to infinity, somewhere around insanity).
The kids are off to NJ again this weekend, then off to VT for two weeks and then a week in UT. They won't be home for 4 whole weeks, hope the hamster doesn't die!
